EBLA is currently working within a multi-disciplinary team on a new mixed tenure housing development within the setting of Yorkshire Dales National Park.

EBLA led the design of the site masterplan, to create a strong landscape framework for the new development. Our landscape proposals, from concept design through to planning submission and detail planting design, aim to integrate the new housing within the sensitive landscape and village setting whilst creating a sense of place and providing high quality open space for future residents.

Planning consent was granted in June 2021.
