EBLA are assisting Broadacres Housing Association to undertake a series of environmental improvement projects across numerous residential sites in North Yorkshire. These include Crabmill Close, Easingwold, Tom Hall Court, Bedale and Fostergate, Selby. EBLA has undertaken proposals from concept design to planning application stage and detail design.

The aim of the landscape improvements is to enhance the external open spaces (public /semi-private) through the provision of new path surfacing, planting, seating and to encourage residents to take pride in their neighbourhoods.
