Masterplanning and environmental improvements to the London Boroughs Estate in Barrow Hill, Chesterfield.

Regeneration and enhancement of the neighbourhood environment through the enhancement of public, communal and private spaces including roads/ streetscapes and car parking, path networks, green space, gardens, play areas and boundary treatments.

The aim of these improvements is to improve the quality of life of the community by creating more enjoyable and usable communal spaces and eliminating social and physical problems within the neighbourhood.

EBLA are currently working closely with Chesterfield Borough Council on the detailed design stage of the project.
