EBLA have been commissioned for the design and implementation of environmental improvement works to various social housing neighbourhoods throughout North Lincolnshire.

The projects involve neighbourhood regeneration through the enhancement of public, communal and private spaces including streetscapes, path networks, open green space, play areas and boundary treatments.

The design of these spaces will integrate enhanced planting, security, pedestrian & cycle access, car parking, and other services such as waste management. The aim of these improvements is to eliminate social and physical problems within the  neighbourhoods and to enhance the quality of life for their communities.

An important aspect of the success of these projects is the ongoing community consultation and close partnership with organisations including police, fire and rescue, local authorities, and North Lincolnshire Homes (Ongo).
