
Eamonn is a Chartered Landscape Architect who is passionate about quality design solutions that are responsive to place, culture and ecology.
Eamonn established EBLA in 2012 with the aim of bringing economic, social and environmental benefits through a landscape led approach to development projects. He approaches his work with a spirit of collaboration and creativity which is backed up by his attention to detail and substantial experience.
Eamonn has over 18 years experience designing and implementing a wide range of landscape architecture, urban design and landscape planning projects for public and private clients across the UK and Ireland. Prior to establishing EBLA Eamonn worked with a number of leading design practices including roles as Principal Landscape Architect at Atkins Plc and Robinson Design Group. Eamonn understands project challenges and excels at developing multifaceted ideas that are creative yet pragmatic. He believes that quality design improves the quality of life.
A chartered member of the landscape institute (CMLI), Eamonn graduated from the University of Sheffield and from the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
Eamonn has been involved in several award winning public realm, roads infrastructure and mixed use projects. Awards include the Institution of Civil Engineers Award and the Irish Planning Institute Place Making Award.

Eleni is a Chartered Landscape Architect who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the practice with over 15 years experience in architecture, landscape architecture and urban design projects for public and private clients.
A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), Eleni graduated with distinction from Edinburgh College of Art and is also qualified at degree level as an architect. Her dual qualification and experience forms the basis of Eleni’s interest in the interaction between architecture and landscape. She believes in good design at every scale as a way of changing perceptions and enriching people’s lives.
Eleni possesses strong master planning, detailed design and planting design skills, especially in large scale public realm and education projects, achieving highly creative and practical solutions. She also has extensive project management experience on large projects in the UK.
Eleni has been involved in several prestigious and complex public realm schemes as well as residential, leisure and education projects. Awards include the Landscape Institute President’s Award and awards for architectural competitions.

Xiao is an Assistant Landscape Architect providing a supporting role to projects.
Xiao graduated from the Master’s in Landscape Architecture course at University College London in 2022, after completing her Landscape degree in Beijing Forestry University.
Xiao is passionate about the rewilding of natural areas, the importance of climate resilience and improving the relationship between people and nature. Xiao has previously worked as an Assistant Landscape Architect in China including on masterplanning and 3D modelling for public park projects.
