Gateforth Park is a 168-unit residential park located near Selby. Spanning 45 acres, it is a secure, gated development of residential park homes set amidst the open countryside of the Vale of York. The park has been carefully planned to allow generous plot sizes.

The project includes the creation of residential park homes within a heavily landscaped environment that features open spaces, ponds, walking paths, and a designated nature area. EBLA collaborated within a multidisciplinary team to deliver a range of services, including: Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA), landscape design for external spaces across all project stages—ranging from planning and detailed design to construction supervision on-site.
