EBLA is currently working within a multi-disciplinary team on a housing development at Swinton Road, Masham. EBLA is providing landscape design and landscape and visual impact assessment (LVIA) for the project.

Our landscape proposals aim to integrate the new housing within the sensitive landscape setting, provide habitat to achieve biodiversity net gain whilst creating a distinctive sense of place and providing high quality open space for future residents.
